    Skypr, the adblocker for Skype.

    Just go to Control Panel, then internet options (the standard internet explorer/system wide internet options). Next, click the security tab and go to restricted sites. Add https://apps.skype.com as a restricted site And done! no more skype adds, no third party tools required.
